from the best local and regional ingredients we can find—quince, fig, sour
cherry, tangerine, orange, black and green olives to name some. We also now have organic blackberry, organic
apricot, and organic strawberry and we are currently
obtaining non–gmo certification
for all our products. We source locally
whenever possible, from Croatia and its beautiful Dalmatian coast, and from
neighboring countries. Our focus in on
locating first-class fruit — we understand that quality ingredients make
quality products and we are committed to bringing wonderful flavors to our
discerning and deserving customers.
